Water On Thirsty Land

Hey friend!!

I am incredibly excited to announce that Water On Thirsty Land has officially published our very first Group Bible Study!

This past year, I have really seen God working in this ministry, and He has been calling me into some new areas of ministry to expand on the work WOTL is already doing. In the Summer, I was given the privilege of leading a group of teens in a sort of "beta" of this Group Bible study after starting a form of it with the Vineyard Ladies Bible Study.

It has been such a blessing to teach this study, and now I am thrilled to have it ready for others to do in their own churches, with your friends and family, and even to do on your own if you want! It is designed to do in a group of any size, but the Leader Guide equips you to tackle it solo if you wish as well.

What is the new Bible study, you ask?

Teach Me the Bible: Psalms

This study is focused on teaching believers how to study the Bible using 4 basic principles and a variation of the I.D.E.A. Method, and then walks students through applying those principles by studying Psalms. By the end of the course, students should be able to better understand how to study the Bible in different settings, as well as how to communicate it to others.

Teach Me the Bible: Psalms is the first study in a series that encourages believers to live out the great commission that Jesus gave us in Matthew 28:18-20.

18 Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of[e] all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember,[f] I am with you always,[g] to the end of the age.”

We are supposed to be sharing the gospel with others, teaching others about Jesus, and how to live like Him. In order to do that, we need to be learning about Jesus and how to live like Him, and growing in our faith. By going through any Teach Me the Bible study, you will grow in your understanding of how to study God's Word, how to live it, and how to communicate it to others.
